We are not just producers.

We are people deeply connected to the Cypriot land, cultivating olive groves with care, patience, and respect. Our journey began in 2000 in Choirokoitia, when Erotokritos Sparsis founded a modern olive mill driven by his passion for the land and its traditions.

Over the years, our estate has grown through continuous investment in olive groves, modern production facilities, and new product lines, always guided by the same values: quality, authenticity, and respect for nature.

For us, excellence is not a promise. It is the result of dedication, experience, and a commitment passed from one generation to the next.

THE PROCESS

From harvest to excellence

At Ktima Erotokritos, quality begins in the olive grove, where olives are carefully harvested at the right moment of ripeness and quickly transported to the mill. Using modern extraction methods, they are processed within hours to preserve their natural aroma, flavor, and nutritional value, ensuring that every bottle reflects the purity of the Cypriot land and the dedication behind every harvest.

THE CAMARA

A place of heritage and tradition

We call it Camara – a historic stone structure built in the 15th century to carry water across the fields, helping irrigate the surrounding land and olive groves.

Located just 1 km from our olive mill, the estate spans 14,000 m² and is home to more than 3,000 native Cypriot olive trees, carefully cultivated and harvested by hand.

Today, the Kamara has become a place where visitors can experience the essence of our land through olive oil tastings and guided tours, surrounded by the trees that define our heritage.

It reminds us that some traditions are meant to be preserved, shared, and experienced.
