We call it Camara – a historic stone structure built in the 15th century to carry water across the fields, helping irrigate the surrounding land and olive groves.
Located just 1 km from our olive mill, the estate spans 14,000 m² and is home to more than 3,000 native Cypriot olive trees, carefully cultivated and harvested by hand.
Today, the Kamara has become a place where visitors can experience the essence of our land through olive oil tastings and guided tours, surrounded by the trees that define our heritage.
It reminds us that some traditions are meant to be preserved, shared, and experienced.
Rooted in the land of Cyprus, our family estate has been producing olive oil and olive products with dedication to quality and tradition since 2000. From our groves in Choirokoitia to tables around the world, every product reflects our passion for authentic Mediterranean flavors.
